Certified teacher, years 1-6, in Math, Swedish, Science, Civics, English, Engineering and Swedish as a second language for years 1-3.

Before this, I´ve been a local agent för Lärarförbundet and Lärarnas Riksförbund at Edboskolan.

Educational development leader at Glömstaskolan primary school, Huddinge municipality.
Started at Glömstaskolan as the firs hired teacher and First teacher in august of 2015, where I´ve had the exciting assignment to building a school from scratch. I´ve been educational development leader and a part of the management team full time since august of 2017. In the spring of 2016 I got to teach newly arrived refugees between ages 14-17, which was a very developing experience. Spring 2011 – Autumn 2015

I worked as a middle school and primary school teacher and as a preparatory teacher for immigrants as well as ICT teacher.
Teacher student at Mid Sweden University , Linné University & Stockholm University between 2008 - 2011.
Substitute teacher at Edboskolan , Huddinge between 2007 - 2011.
Before this, I worked as a journalist / photographer for various newspapers around the country. I was among other local editor at Sundsvall Tidning. I´ve also worked in retail, personal assistant, been au-pair for a year and managed a reservation section where I educated new personal and keept the daily contact for organisation between the head office and salesmen across the country.
Characterizing for me
I grew up playing soccer from five years of age and I was team captain during my teenage years. Soccer was my life and what I learned by being part of a team, and functioning as a team captain, are still strong guidelines for me. I really believe in teamwork as a foundation, where the basis for decisions is many perspectives and feedback from teammates. I always look at what we can learn from what we are doing, to make the next step even better.
I´m value based and believe in living my life always with my values in tact. I have a strong holistic and analytic side, where I strive to always see the big picture, different perspectives and then make my analyzes as widely as possible. Because of my goal-oriented personality and my solution focus I steer to find new solutions together with my team and then put them in motion in an effective, but yet structured way. Just like soccer players analyze their matches, evaluate and put a new strategy in motion.
I believe that school, as it works today, doesn´t work and to always find better ways to include and make school a good place for students – and the world a better place for everyone – is my driving force. I believe in a scientific foundation and are interested in examine what proven experience means for the school's way of working. I´m also always interested in developing how we co-create in organisations and finding effective, participating and active process management for a valid systematic quality assurance.
